busy b virtual assistant
With nearly a decade of experience as a virtual assistant across many industries, I offer a solution to reclaim your time and streamline your business operations. From construction and real estate to the nuclear energy sector, I've helped numerous clients manage their businesses efficiently. By delegating your administrative tasks to a seasoned professional, you can focus on what truly matters - growing your business and achieving your goals.
background
I hold an associates degree in web technology and certifications in graphic design and technical support. I've worked in customer service for many years helping to manage customer expectations and experience.

I previously worked for a company headquartered in Melbourne Australia as the technical support representative for the America's and Europe. I learned their proprietary software for QSR and managed field technicians and all aspects of scheduling and support ticketing. In addition to my technical role, I developed much of the documentation and procedures for operations.

For almost seven years I've worked part-time for a business support soultions provider as their communications specialist. I am the sole designer for all things communication, website, promotional content, email marketing and for the last year and a half I've been on their sales team.
my beginning
Born and raised in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, my family struggled to make ends meet but always seemed to make it through. My parents had four children, three girls and a boy. The three of us girls all inherited muscular dystrophy from our biological father.
To say life with a disability is an understatement. It took a long time for me to accept that my life would always have limitations and there was nothing I could ever do to change it. Sh!t happens! You either let it keep you down or you fight with everything you have and show 'life' whose boss. As a permantently disabled person once you accept your fate, you become unstoppable.

I can do most things everyone else can do, I'm just a bit slower, and I can't walk or run but that's overrated anyway ha ha! I live my life as normally as possible.
my dream
Although I've worked as a virtual assistant for many years I didn't officially start my business until 2021. Being a fully disabled person doesn't leave many job opportunities in front of you. I wanted to create a work place where I could help people while also opening up the possibilities in front of me. I can work from the comforts of my home and not need to deal with weather conditions, my physical limitations, or things like steps (how are some businesses still not handicapped accessible?!)

I also started busy b virtual assistant for the dream of one day brining on my disabled nephew and neice who inherited MD as well. I know the struggle of trying to find work that I could do without limitations and I'd give anything to help them succeed.

"keep your feet on the ground and your eyes on the stars"
my person. my everything
I met my husband when I was 18 and life at that moment changed forever. We just celebrated 21 years together in July '24 and have been married for almost six years. Aside from my beautiful momma, no one has cheered louder of harder for me to chase my dreams and I'm thankful for every day I have with this amazing soul.

I could go on for centuries about my husband so I'll leave you with some of the lyrics to our song.

You're the fire
That warms me when I'm cold
You're the hand
I have to hold as I grow old
You're the shore
When I am lost at sea
You're the only thing
That I like about me
