Project & Operations Experience
Hands-on experience with project coordination, scheduling, processes, documentation, and the day-to-day details that keep work moving.
Meet the Founder
I'm Felicia, founder of Busy B Virtual Assistant. My virtual assistant experience began informally in 2013, but the skills behind Busy B were built over years of working across technical support, project coordination, customer service, business communications, sales support, web and graphic design, and day-to-day operations.
In 2021, I officially launched Busy B Virtual Assistant, turning years of hands-on experience into a business built around practical, dependable support and long-term client relationships.
My background isn't limited to traditional administrative work. I've worked across different roles, responsibilities, and industries, giving me a broader understanding of what happens behind the scenes to keep a business running.
My experience spans project coordination, technical support, customer service, business communications, sales support, web and graphic design, documentation, and operations. That range of experience is a big part of how I approach Busy B today: understanding how the pieces fit together, where things are getting stuck, and what I can take off a business owner's plate.
Hands-on experience with project coordination, scheduling, processes, documentation, and the day-to-day details that keep work moving.
A background in technical troubleshooting, customer support, ticketing, field coordination, and customer communications.
Experience creating website content, promotional materials, email marketing, graphic design, and business communications.
Experience supporting sales, customer engagement, process improvement, and the behind-the-scenes work that helps businesses grow.
Working across different industries has taught me how much the details can change from one business to another, while the need for organization, communication, problem-solving, and dependable follow-through remains remarkably consistent.

Born and raised in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, home of Fred Rogers, Arnold Palmer, and the first banana split, I grew up in a family where my two sisters and I inherited Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease from our father.
Living with a physical disability has shaped much more than how I work. It has shaped how I approach problems, independence, and possibility. Physical limitations are part of my reality, but they don't define what I'm capable of building or contributing.
Over time, I learned to stop measuring success by what I couldn't do and start building around what I could. I may move a little slower than most, and walking and running aren't exactly my thing, but I've discovered they're overrated anyway. What matters far more is finding another way forward when the obvious path doesn't work. That mindset has followed me throughout my career and ultimately became part of the foundation of Busy B.
My virtual assistant work began informally in 2013. By 2021, I was ready to turn that experience into something of my own, and Busy B Virtual Assistant officially launched. Remote work gave me the opportunity to build a career around ability rather than physical limitations while doing something I already knew how to do well: solving problems and helping businesses run better.
What started as an opportunity to create a career that worked for my circumstances became something much bigger. I want Busy B to grow into a business that creates meaningful opportunities for talented people who may face barriers in traditional workplaces.
I've learned firsthand that ability isn't defined by where someone works, how they move, or whether they fit neatly into a traditional workplace. It's defined by what they know, what they can contribute, how they solve problems, and what they bring to the table. Busy B is the business I'm building around that belief.
