Our pay-as-you-go rate is $40/hour with no commitment. Monthly packages bring that down to as low as $34/hour and include perks like rollover hours and two dedicated virtual assistants.
Do unused hours roll over?+
On the Growth, Executive, and VIP packages, yes - 1 to 3 hours roll over each month depending on your plan.
Is there a long-term commitment?+
Monthly retainer packages are designed for clients who need consistent, ongoing support. A service agreement is required before services begin, and your selected package automatically renews each month, reserving dedicated time for your business. If your needs are expected to exceed the hours included in your retainer, we will request written approval before proceeding with any additional time. We never exceed your agreed-upon hours without your authorization. Cancellation terms are outlined in the service agreement.
Who will actually be doing my work?+
A US-based team you'll know by name. Growth packages and above include two dedicated virtual assistants, so you always have coverage - no anonymous rotating pool.
What if I'm not sure how many hours I need?+
Most clients start pay-as-you-go or on Starter, see where the time actually goes for a month, and then settle into the right package. We'll recommend honestly - including recommending fewer hours if that's what fits.
What can't a virtual assistant do?+
We don't cold call, and we don't provide licensed professional services like legal or financial advice. Almost everything else on your admin plate is fair game - just ask.
